About the Project 

Some projects are measured in rooms, others in years. At Defence Raya, we spent three years working alongside the construction of a villa community, delivering the interiors phase by phase as each section was ready. Dilaawar Interiors handled everything from the early planning to the final finishing touches. 

The setting is a golf and country club community, so we wanted the interiors to match it: calm, comfortable, and well made, with homes that feel connected to the green, open surroundings. 

Our Approach 

With a long, phased project, the biggest challenge is keeping the quality steady from the first unit to the last. We started each phase with detailed execution planning, then set clear standards for materials, joinery, and finishing so every unit would match. 

Our scope covered the MS framework, custom woodwork and carpentry, and complete interior finishing. We used strong structural steel framing for lasting support, then built custom joinery and fine finishes on top of it. Quality checks ran through every phase, and because one team handled the work from concept to completion, nothing was lost between design and site.

Closing Note 

Defence Raya taught us a lot about patience and consistency. Seeing a community grow from a construction site into finished, lived-in homes is one of the most satisfying parts of what we do.
