About the Project

Five hundred and fifty-seven villas, one standard of quality. That was the brief at DHA Multan, where Dilaawar Interiors took on the complete interior design and execution for an entire villa community. Between 2020 and 2023, our team handled everything from planning and layouts to woodwork and detailed finishing. 

We wanted each villa to feel modern and refined, yet practical for families who will live in it every day. With a community this size, consistency mattered just as much as design, so every home had to feel equally well made, whether it was the first villa handed over or the last. 

Working on a single villa is one thing; delivering 557 is another. It needed careful planning, a well-organized site team, and clear standards so that the finish in the first villa matched the finish in the last. 

We focused on clean, modern layouts, practical use of space, and finishes that look good and last. Our team managed the design, woodwork, finishing, and site coordination ourselves, which helped us keep control over quality and timelines from start to handover.
