Dilaawar Interiors primarily provides design, consultancy, and project-based services related to interior design, architectural design, home and commercial design, landscape design, exterior design, and project management. Due to the customized and service-oriented nature of our offerings, our Return & Exchange Policy differs from traditional product-based businesses.
This policy explains the circumstances under which returns, revisions, exchanges, or adjustments may apply to our services.
Nature of Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Interior and architectural design concepts
- 2D layouts and 3D visualizations
- Design consultations
- Project planning and management
- Custom design documentation
All services are tailored specifically to the client’s requirements, site conditions, and preferences.
No Return Policy on Services
As design and consultancy services are intangible, customized, and time-based, Dilaawar Interiors does not offer returns or refunds once:
- Design work has commenced
- Consultation has been delivered
- Concepts, layouts, or drawings have been shared
- Project execution has begun
Design Revisions and Adjustments
While returns are not applicable, we offer limited revisions under agreed terms:
- Revisions are provided as per the selected service package
- Revisions must align with the original project scope
- Major changes may incur additional charges
- Revision requests must be submitted within the defined timeline
Exchange of Services
Service exchange may apply only in the following cases:
- If a booked service has not yet started
- If mutually agreed by both parties in writing
- Subject to pricing adjustments
Any exchanged service will be governed by a revised agreement.
Client-Initiated Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel:
- Before work begins: partial adjustment may be considered
- After work begins: no refund will be applicable
- Administrative and consultation time is non-refundable
Errors or Deficiencies
If an error is identified that is directly attributable to Dilaawar Interiors:
- We will correct the issue at no additional cost
- Corrections do not include changes in client preference
- Structural or site limitations are excluded
Third-Party Products and Materials
Dilaawar Interiors is not responsible for:
- Manufacturer defects
- Supplier delays
- Material warranty claims
These are governed by the respective vendor’s policies.
Policy Enforcement
This policy is enforced to ensure transparency, fairness, and professional integrity for both parties.
